My experience learning English at the University

Hello!
Today I'm going to speak about my experience learning English at the University. I learned a lot, but not only about the grammar, also I learned about the interests of my classmate, their opinions, their view point, this experience was very fun because I can express my opinion and is very important to know to communicate with people in all the possible way. The English is a universal language so it will be every country in the world.
This course is very positive for us because it is a new way to interact with people from other careers and with this we can learn how to work in team and how to respect one from another.
For me It has been very difficult this year because we don’t have a lot of free time so we can’t dedicate a lot of time to the thing that we want, or to practice more this new language which is very important to develop as a health workers,  although is very complicate for me, probably I need more time for this class.
I think that in this class there are a lot of thing that we can improve, for example, there are a lot of teachers that participate in the English program but it would be good to use a common system so the students , considering that every student has a different style of learning and the other important thing is that every teacher must teach English related medicine, because this is the most important part for us, all the information that we constantly need to complement our study is in English.
This is my last blog and was very important because I can express me and comment about different topics interesting for me and I think that it is an interesting form learning English, in special grammar and vocabulary.
I tried to do good job and tried to comply with the goals to each class, for me English not is easy, but I know that is very important for me career.

My favourite singer

Hi
Today I'm going to speak about my favourite singer, Ricardo Arjona, is known around the world for his  ballads,  sings about subjects ranging from  love to social inequities.
Arjona born in Antigua, Guatemala, his father taught him to play guitar when he was seven years old; by the time he was eight Arjona was writing his own songs. He decided to become a professional musician, and he moved to Mexico City to pursue the greater opportunities available there, released his first album, "Let Me Say I Love You" in 1988, his second album was “Jesus verb, not noun” a definite consolidation as composer and singer, his next album "Stories" got Double Platinum Disc in Argentina, the album was the most sold in history on the Latin market for some Central American countries; but is still not known internationally, his work has found widespread popularity among Spanish-speaking audiences around the world. His album "Night Animal" landed on the Billboard Latin pop charts in 1993, hitting the number-one position in 2000.
In 2002 Arjona released Santo Pecado, a highly personal effort that chronicled, among other things, his breakup with his wife of 12 years. The album "trademark mix of poetry and narcissism," features Vinnie Colaiuta on drums, Neil Stubehhaus playing bass, Michael Landau and George Doering playing guitars, and Carlos "Junior" Cabral on piano.
In late 2005, was nominated for a 2006 Grammy in the Latin Pop Album category. Ricardo Arjona is already a great artist of latin music, knowing how to combine good lyrics with excelent melodies.
My favourite song is "The problem", but I also like "When", "Tell me who", "Minutes", "It hurts", the true is I love all. I hope they hear it because it is excellent and beautiful. His official Website is http://www.arjona.com, I always visit this website, I hope that you listen to their songs.

Dealing with stress at work

Hello, I’m going to speak about dealing with stress at the university

Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events, the events that provoke stress are called stressors, and they cover a whole range of situations — everything from outright physical danger to making a class presentation or taking a semester's worth of your toughest subject.

In my life, my stressor is the university, because a lot of test work, exhibitions, etc, all this takes up most of my time and causes stress symptoms such as headache, discouragement, stomach ache.

To reduce the stress, the weekend I go out with my friends or my boyfriend, going to cinema, eating, shopping mall or I just stay at home watching a movie, these methods to combat stress have been very useful, because they serve to forget for a moment the stress that trigger the university.

The university is not easy, so I recommend you take some time to relax, have fun, enjoy and then continue with the studies, I hope you follow my advice and good luck in their studies and combat stress, I recommend listening to music, go for a walk to a park or just something that never fails, make up the hours of sleep

Stress can be transformed into a serious illness; we can control and make our life easier and entertaining, find your favorite hobby and share it with your friends.

Regards!

Kiss
